My Dpf filter warning light comes off and I blast off down the dual carriageway for 20 mins at 3000 rpm …..that has worked until this week when dpf , glow plug and engine management lights all came on and went into limp mode. I work for a well known car parts suppliers so checked out replacement dpf’s . Ranging in cost from £90 – £390. MAZDA PROBLEMS I've got a Mazda 6 Ts2 (143) 2.0 Tdi 2007 and it has only done 74k miles. A warning light has come up on the dashboard for the dreaded DPF light. It came up last week on Tuesday 18/08/15. I have a 2006 Mazda 6 diesel which has done 105,000 miles. I have had three instances of the DPF warning light flashing which has been solved by taking to local dealership. This happened again this week just 5,000 miles since last occurence. The car is hooked up to the computerised system to 'purge' the system or so I understand. Hi, I have the same issue, first oil light, fixed with full service and oil change, then SCBS light, that went, then DPF soot level too high, fixed by keeping revs above 3000 for 10 minute drive and DPF cleaner additive. Now we have the Vehicle System Malfunction message which is a little intermittent and usually comes on 5-10 mins into journey. Ip6O.
